HQS Certification
Human StarChild provides "HQS certification (HOiKU Quality Standard) service", which includes quality assessment, training, and consulting for childcare services for corporations operating childcare businesses.
We have standardized the safe and secure childcare services, operational and staff training know-hows that we have cultivated as our own criteria.
We support the operation and establishment of daycare centers that comply with these standards, mainly for childcare providers who have concerns about their operation systems and service quality, and aim to accelerate the expansion of safe and secure daycare centers.
Childcare providers that met the certification standards will be granted the HOiKU Quality Standard (HQS) certificate and will undergo periodic maintenance audits.
Human StarChild has acquired ISO 9001 certification, the international standard for quality management system.

Overseas Advancement
Spreading "Japan-quality" and "StarChild-quality" childcare to the world
StarChild is working to spread this certification to overseas in order to share the "Japan-quality" childcare such as safety and security, discipline in daily life, meticulous care, and food education, as well as the "StarChild-quality" childcare built based on our long years of operational know-hows to the world.
We conducted an audit and consulting for the nursery "StarChild Daycare & Learning Center" (Kuningan, Jakarta), and issued the certificate as the first HQS certified nursery school in November 2019.
