HUMAN STARCHILD MALAYSIA SDN BHD (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) is engaged in the planning and operation of licensed daycare centers. No information will be used beyond the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use, and there will be regular checks to ensure that this information is not inappropriately used for other purposes.

The Company will protect and manage personal information appropriately in accordance with all relevant laws and regulations concerning the protection of personal information.

The Company will ensure the security of personal information through proper management and taking all possible precautions and corrective measures to prevent unauthorized access, leakage, loss, or damage of personal information.

4． Continuous improvement of the personal information protection management system

In order to maintain appropriate protection of personal information, the Company will periodically audit and continuously improve the operation of our personal information protection management system.

５． Response to complaints and consultations

The Company will establish a dedicated contact point to appropriately respond to complaints, consultations, and inquiries regarding the handling of personal information and strive to resolve any issues promptly.
